{Thursday's Tip} DIY Party Banner

Last night we threw a little Cinco De Mayo party for my niece since it was her birthday (on the 4th). She is having her real birthday party this weekend but we didn't want her real birthday to go un-noticed. We made it Mexican themed with yummy food, a pinata, and some pin the tail on the donkey. I had made this Martha Stuart party banner that was super cute, super easy, and super cheap! I didn't even have to go to the store to buy any of the items and it would be good for any style of party! {I didn't do exactly the way Martha Stuart did but either will work!}

What you need?
-Tissue Paper
-String
-Scissors
-Hot Glue or Tape
I used three slices of tissue paper & glued each of them in the center crease so they would all be stuck together then just layed the string in the last little section in the middle

my sister made all the yummy food
menu:
tacos
fajitas
{Sams Club} white cheese dip
salsa
tres leche cake
