DIY Tassel Garland

pin now, make later
mini version // longer version
just keep adding more strips to make tassel thicker

the tie metallic shred doesn't really work for side to side hanging

 looks best: falling down

 hooks are nice for the floating in the air look

  12. Love the garland! Just curious, where do you find such lovely coloured tissue paper? I'm in NZ and it's hard to find anything other than the basic colours!
