Lexi's Room

so i know i have given you little snippets of of lexi's room already...
but i'll give you a little detour in more detail

side note: on snuffy (bear above^)
the one on the far left was my bear when i was little.
he was my all time favorite.
obviously by the looks of him, he got his fair share of love.. and surgeries.
so it was a couple of years before lexi was born
and i had found the yellow one, pottery barn had brought this gem back!
if you can imagine, i was soo excited to find him..
so i saved him for our future child.
and now lays with lexi
Pippi Longstocking is another sentimental item in the room. (a childhood obsession of mine)
I had come across this one & fell in love!
My husbands aunt was willing to make me one similar
and i have to say it might be my favorite piece in her room!

diggys own bed

grocery list pad from here

yes, she has a tv in her room..
used only for dvd purposes & its the ONLY way we have gotten lexi to transition to her own bed.
pretty sure its a comfort thing of not being alone in her room since it stays on all night.
in the last week she has started to fight bed time, again...
the last month or two she did so good..
but we are running into the excuses: i'm hungry, i'm thirsty, im scared..
and lands in our bed somewhere in the middle of the night
oh the joys

love that the sunsets come through her windows & leaves a pink glow

    1. The shelves kind of look like the Ribba wall ledges from Ikea. I just brought two to hang in my living room for picture frames.
