pictures that made me smile over the weekend

Friday while Ty headed off for his work thing, me and my sister took our girls
to lunch at Chuck E' Cheeses..
I haven't been to one of those since I was little!

Lexi, was kind of scared of the characters..
can you spot her in the next couple of pictures??

She wouldn't walk anywhere near them, so she went all the way around the tables to get to me
and I of course just took picture of her doing so ;)

interesting title?

We were suppose to meet my sister at this one Easter Egg hunt,
but they didn't quite make it in time so they headed on over to another..
so we went to two Easter Egg hunts on Saturday!
The first one was kinda hectic,
too many people but the princesses were a hit for Lex!

 haha loved this picture..
she's totally eye'ing the little boy about to snag her candy!
[not pictured & a couple of seconds later - his dad noticed and put the candy back]

 Easter Egg Hunt #2

Saturday night,
after two egg hunts and a baseball game..
the boys went to the Jazz game and we took the girls to see The Croods.
It was a cute movie, but I thought it had a really weird concept..
I'm not so sure Lexi loved it, she was up roaming around with 30 minutes left in the movie..
I think the fact that they were always running from something bad happening in the movie made it have a little scary factor that she didn't care too much for?!
Loved the characters and personalities just wish they had a different story line for the movie.

  1. Adorable pictures! It's funny Lexi was afraid of the characters at Chuckie Cheese but not the Easter Bunny ha!

  5. What wonderful photos!! So many Easter eggs!! My son used to be scared of the characters at Chuck E Cheese when he was little too. I used to think it was cute.
