Laundry Room Reveal

One of my favorite rooms in the house, our laundry room!
I'm sure I will tweak the decor a bit in the future but for the most part it's finally finished,
and I absolutely love this room!

Bounce Sheets on Display = amazing fresh room scent

AND just to revisit what it looked like

The original cabinets in there made no sense what so ever,
so we just tore that out and started over!

We had Tyson's cousin install our shiplap -- they are truly talented!!
They did our fireplace & they framed out our window.. which I think makes SUCH a difference! I wish we could do it to all of our windows in our house.. but that's a lot of windows!!
(it's the perfect room to add shiplap to if you aren't ready to make the plunge elsewhere in the house)
then we had a tile guy come rip out our existing tile and swapped it out with something cleaner!
(tile photo taken pre-grout)

After it was all said and done I absolutely love how it all turned out!!

  1. I love the tile. Its the perfect color I have been looking for. Do you happen to know the color/where to purchase from?

    1. Thank you! I got the tile from Lowes :)

  3. So beautiful!!! And clean haha ... Hope it lasts :)

  4. What a transformation, just beautiful!

  5. Looks amazing!!! Jeez what a transformation! I never would have thought of framing the window like that...I had to do a double take of the before window pic! The IKEA bench hack link doesn't work but I would love to see how you made that!

  6. Thank you!! It was a media center from ikea that my cousin-in-law found that fit in perfectly for the spot we needed! Then i had a custom bench cushion made to top it off! :) and the baskets fit in it perfectly!

  7. What a lovely transformation. I love the laundry basket with the "24hours" :D
